99bf Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99bf ("we", "us", "the platform", "99bf") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://99bf.io and all related services, products, and content offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all promotional activities.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the 99bf platform, including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process via the 99bf Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number for account verification purposes.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 99bf platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5. Account Security

Any activity carried out through your Account is your responsibility. 6. Deposits

All deposits to the 99bf platform are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless one has been set by the Player using the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from payment accounts registered to a third party will be returned and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player's Account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 99bf promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying odds stated in the promotion-specific terms do not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Different games may contribute different percentages of bet value towards the wagering requirement. Game contribution rates will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the promotion-specific terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, exploiting technical errors, or placing offsetting bets — will result in Bonus Funds being voided and may result in permanent account closure.

9. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 99bf platform are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the specific sport, market, and event. These rules govern the settlement of bets in the event of postponement, abandonment, result reversal, or other exceptional circumstances, and are published in the platform's Sports Rules section.

Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled kick-off or start time of the event. In-play bets are accepted during the event at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds and markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the 99bf trading team without prior notice.

Cricket betting — including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers matches, T20 World Cup events, and IPL games — is governed by cricket-specific settlement rules covering rain interruptions, DLS method application, abandoned matches, and ball-by-ball market void conditions. 17. Governing Law
